Jonathan, Just returned from rehab again and am doing well, The chair I bought from you works amazingly for my bad back. I took the liberty of printing your home page and contact details and giving them to the Occupational Health Department at **********. So fingers crossed you should get some trade your way. I know of two people on the spines course with me who where very interested and once again I gave them your details.

Hi Jonathan,
Chairs arrived as planned and we are both delighted with them. My wife Hazel was at home when they were delivered and the boxes were too big to get into the house. However the courier chap was extremely helpful and had Hazel singing your praises when I arrived.

I will be perfectly honest, we were a bit unsure at the outset that we were doing the right thing. However your regular communication was excellent and made us feel at ease, even though we wanted a variation from the normal order which we knew would add time to the delivery date. I can only praise the transaction from start to finish. Goods as ordered, amended as requested, delivered when they should be and first class communication all the way through. You can't ask for more than that!

We have already recommended you to neighbours who loved the chairs so hopefully more orders will be heading your way.

Our only comment is that we would have loved to purchase a sofa from you if you could have matched up the leather but that wasn't possible. After trailing round a million shops, we have found a similar leather and ordered a sofa which is coming in August. Having asked and visited, (in some cases many times!) all the so called 'big players' in the market, the only swivel recliners with a matching sofa we could find was the 'stressless' range which at £6500 (which was the 'sale' price) was a bit expensive. I am sure if you can ever find a supplier to supply both swivel recliners and matching sofas, there will be a market out there.

Chairs arrived safely today as promised. Both assembled and in use. We found it easier to fix the arms before the back, but still only took about 10 minutes using our ratchet allen keys.

Just to let you know the chair arrived today with no carrier damage. Assembly went to plan except that I couldn’t find any washers. No matter, it seems fine without them. Now settled in watching fishing boats tailing prawns and a seal sunning himself on the rock in front of the house. One minor swivel and emails being dealt with while waiting for Tour de France at another angle. Paradise, I may never need to stand up again. One suggestion for the manufacturer – a mouse pad built into the arm would be a boon! Thanks for your help, and all the very best, Iain

Well done, chair received, my wife very satisfied (aged 89) with the chair.
The delivery man was extremely kind. He carried our existing Parker K. recliner (wrong colour) about 30yds to the summer house - wouldn't let me help (I'm 86, bit overweight), neither would he accept a tenner or a bottle of sherry or even a can of beer! Jolly nice chap, didn't think there were any of us left. Again, thank you for excellent service and quality of goods - had a bit of fun assembling it -dead easy except getting screws in the arms slowed me down a bit. (I aint bovvered, though!) Incidentally, the same sort of chairs in the local shop are around £800 to £1000.
