Where are the chairs made?
Our chairs come from 2 large factories in China, with whom we have been working for several years now. Unlike the “old days” when quality was an issue, today China has the best record of any Asian country, for overall quality and consistency. The chairs that we select are chosen by us in the factory, to assure comfort and value for money above all.

How can you sell at such a low price?
Compared with what? We know that High Street retailers and Furniture Outlets on business parks mark up their prices enormously – they have to, what with high rents, labour costs, rates etc. We have none of those overheads, so typically our chairs are substantially less than what you would pay in a retail furniture store.
What guarantee comes with the chairs?
We give you a full 24 month warranty on any defect that is a manufacturing fault. For example if a leg breaks, the recliner mechanism jams, or even damage on delivery (although this is very unlikely as the seats are so well packaged) – all is fully covered for replacement, spare parts, or a full refund. We carry spare parts for most eventualities, in order to quickly fix something, but it is worth pointing out that the numbers of problems with these chairs have been very low indeed.
You are telling me about complaints that you've had, why?
We want to be totally honest with our customers. To that end, we have sourced some of the best chairs available in the market today and are providing them for you at truly astounding prices. We are so pleased at the low number of complaints which we have received, we believe sharing this information with you is to our mutual benefit.
How long does it take for delivery?
Once we have received your payment, we instruct our couriers within twenty four hours to arrange to collect your chair from our depot according to stock levels. The couriers usually take only a couple of days to deliver to you depending upon your location, however they will often deliver the next day. We will discuss a suitable delivery date with you. It happens that sometimes we may be out of stock, in which case we will offer you a refund, or to wait until the stock delivery, which is usually only a couple of weeks. Carrying a lot of stock costs money, so we try to keep levels reasonable, so as to pass on the savings to you the customer.
